This month, we’ll be cooking from Cocina Puerto Rico by Mia Castro. Mia is a passionate advocate for Puerto Rican cuisine and brings such a personal, heartfelt touch to every recipe in this book. If you have never explored Puerto Rican cooking before, get ready to fall in love. This gorgeous book is a wonderful tribute to the island’s most beloved recipes, think warm and comforting classics, deeply flavorful marinades, and dishes that feel like a big hug from the inside out. The food is soulful, vibrant, and just plain delicious. Needless to say, we are in for such a treat!

Then join the party at the Great Barrington Café Rena with your dish and an ingredients listing at 7 pm on Thursday, March 26th.
